Gifts for Everyone from OpenSky

So friends, have you heard of OpenSky?!? It’s kind of a wonderful place :D.

I first heard of OpenSky this past summer from the bright and wonderful Beautifully Invisible, fastforward 2 purchases and 1 party later I am officially a super fan! OpenSky emails draw my immediate attention!

OpenSky is built on the idea that we all shop for different things with different tastes. OpenSky has chosen curators who have great taste in their respective interests, aesthetics and fields who share handpicked goods often at a pretty nice discount.

You choose as many curators you want to follow so your OpenSky will be all subjects you’re interested in.  Whether you’re a foodie, a home design nut, a fashion lover, or an ethical shopper there is a curator at OpenSky for you.

And because tis the season here are some fantastic gift ideas :D.

I’m sorry but these are the chicest flashcards I’ve ever seen! The deal is for a set of 2 and when your kiddies outgrow them you can completely reuse and frame. From Curator Project Nursery, made of 100% recycled card stock and soy ink.

I love this weekender bag with little clip on minis from curator EcoStiletto. Great for the beach, grocery shopping (it carries about 25 lbs) or carry-on; these bags are tear, water and stain resistant.

And this gorgeous fair trade and sustainable necklace would be a fantastic statement piece for your fashion lover friend or that bold aunt of yours. Curated by Alicia Silverstone.

Also from Alicia Silverstone these fantastic ties made of recycled cassette tapes.

So I like my bags on the tough side and roomy, so there is nothing about this vegan bag that I don’t like…from Kathy Freston on OpenSky.

So friends! I know it’s less than 2 weeks till Christmas but I can tell you that OpenSky has not let me down. I’ve bought 2 items from them and their customer service was second to none! Don’t hesitate to give them a call or shoot them an email to see about holiday shipping.

You can join OpenSky right HERE! Secret! You get a $10 credit by just joining :D.

One of the things that I wanted to buy from Open Sky was a kit to grow your own mushroom! (i know, so gardening nerd of me, but I can’t help it!)

But I didn’t and forgot about it. YIKES!

But I havta say, I remember how much fun I had when I was on the site. Thanks for the reminder, I’ll be back again.

Now, I am simply smitten by all the things that you featured above. I truly do. But (yet another but), is it wrong that I get MOST excited from the recycle casette tape ties? (Even I was surprised by my priority!)

I LOVE that you are a gardening nerd. It is honestly one of the big things I envy about the suburbs.
